Israeli-Dutch AI startup Wonderful has raised $550 million in a Series C funding round that values the company at $5 billion. This figure more than doubles the $2 billion valuation achieved nearly six months ago. Insight Partners returned to lead the investment, while existing backers Index Ventures, IVP, Vine Ventures, 9Yards and Bessemer Venture Partners participated again. Salesforce is investing in the company for the first time in this round.

The startup was founded in early 2025 and initially gained traction with a customer service AI agent platform tailored for non-English-speaking markets. Its strategy involved deploying engineering teams to work on customer premises to integrate AI tech into existing workflows. The company now operates across more than 35 countries. Its core offering has evolved into a platform dubbed Wonderful AI OS, which coordinates agents, workflows and AI applications with company data and context. The system works with any AI model and remains compatible with existing tech stacks. Roey Lalazar, CTO and co-founder, stated that customers can adopt specific parts of the platform, integrate them with current systems, choose the best models for each workload, and retain ownership of everything they build. The company plans to use the fresh capital to develop products faster and expand its forward-deployed engineering teams.
