Exhibit tables added: One last chance to showcase your startup at TechCrunch Disrupt 2026

Exhibitor bookings for TechCrunch Disrupt 2026 reopen on September 30 at 11:59 p.m. PT, offering a final window to secure a table on the Expo Hall floor.

The event runs October 13-15 at Moscone West in San Francisco. It gathers over 10,000 founders, investors, operators, and tech leaders seeking startups to fund, products to test, and companies to work with.

Since the initial deadline passed, this second opening provides another opportunity to reach that crowd before the hall fills. Early arrival increases your visibility and ensures you are seen first.

Get there early. Get noticed first.

The Expo Hall gives your startup three days to place your product directly in front of the people who can help move your business forward. You can meet fellow founders and find the next big breakthrough that will make waves across the industry.

An exhibit table lets you:

  • Demo your product to potential customers, investors, and partners.
  • Meet VCs actively looking for their next opportunities.
  • Capture leads through the Disrupt mobile app.
  • Start customer and partnership conversations face-to-face.
  • Build visibility alongside hundreds of other startups.

Your $12,500 exhibit package includes a 6′ × 30″ branded table for all three days, 10 team passes, lead-generation tools, website and app branding, press-list access, Silver Tier sponsor branding, and more. Founders can also access opportunities such as the Deal Flow Café and Investor-to-Founder Networking.

The earlier you get in, the more opportunity you have to make your presence known. Do not wait until the Expo Hall is full to wish you had booked a table.

Your last chance to get on the floor

Exhibitor bookings are now open again, but September 30 at 11:59 p.m. PT is the final deadline. Tables are limited and first come, first served.

Book your exhibit table now and give your startup the first shot at the conversations, customers, and connections waiting at Disrupt.
