Amjad Masad, CEO and co-founder of Replit, joins the Disrupt Stage at TechCrunch Disrupt 2026

Amjad Masad, CEO and co-founder of Replit, will speak at the Disrupt Stage during TechCrunch Disrupt 2026, running from October 13 to 15 at Moscone West in San Francisco.

The event marks a specific moment for software creation. Artificial intelligence has lowered the barrier to entry, allowing many new people to write code and launch applications. Established developers face pressure to adopt these tools to maintain speed. Masad plans to discuss how programming evolves when ideas can quickly become products.

Replit sits at the center of this shift. The company saw its biggest changes in the last 18 months. Current run-rate revenue tracks toward one billion dollars annually, a sharp increase from the $2.8 million reported in 2024. Investors assigned a valuation of $9 billion earlier this year, up from $3 billion just six months prior.

Masad will address whether Replit can maintain this pace or if 2026 growth will seem slow compared to the future. He will also discuss how the platform helps users move beyond prototyping to fully building software.

Other stages at Disrupt 2026

The conference offers sessions on several topics beyond Masad’s talk:

  • Builders Stage: Sessions led by venture capitalists and corporate development professionals offering advice for founders.
  • AI Stage: Analysis of the SaaSpocalypse, career paths, and emerging security issues.
  • Smart Systems Stage: Talks on the infrastructure supporting the current era of technology.
  • Real World AI Stage: Exploration of how new technologies affect the physical environment.

More than 10,000 founders, investors, and technologists are attending the event.
