It’s 9pm on a Tuesday and you’re copying client details from one spreadsheet to another, again. You’ve already tried the obvious thing. You typed “make me a CRM” into ChatGPT and got back a wall of enthusiastic waffle and a table that wouldn’t paste into anything.
That evening is why we built our first product. Most prompt packs are sold on vibes and screenshots, so we did the thing we kept wishing sellers would do: tested it nine times before taking anyone’s money, and published the scorecard.
What it does
Notion Template Architect is one prompt that turns ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini into a Notion database architect. Describe your workflow in plain English, answer two or three questions, and it hands you a complete, paste-ready Notion build; typed properties, working formulas, views, setup steps in order. Ten preset workflows are built in, from the client CRM of that Tuesday evening to a content calendar and an applicant tracker for your first hire.
How we tested it
Nine full runs, three kinds of simulated buyer. One knew exactly what she wanted. Another gave a single vague line and refused to elaborate, which is closer to how most of us actually type. Every result was graded by a rival AI model (DeepSeek judging Kimi’s work, so nobody marks their own homework) against criteria the writer never saw. Then code checked every formula against real Notion syntax; not an opinion, a parser.
Worth admitting: an early version failed our own gate. The interview step kept skipping questions when buyers were terse, scored 4 out of 10 on that criterion, and the product got held back until we’d fixed it. That’s the gate doing its job.
The results
Output quality averaged 9.06 out of 10 across the nine runs. Ease of use, judged as a complete beginner, 9.0. Every formula in every run parsed as valid Notion syntax. The weakest line on the card is interview consistency at 7.44, and it’s in there because a scorecard that only shows the good rows isn’t a scorecard.
